We thought about some heroes from the past. We are organising some competitions among classes (5 and 6 grade). Each month there will be one person discussed. January - MArtin Luther King (civil rights movement), February - Irena Sendler (She was Polish and helped Jewish children during 2WW). And then we thought about some English and Belgian heroes (March and April) you could let us know about them and we will search for some more info.
We are teaching our children (from 5th grade) song Lighthouse Family "One". It's quite difficult but has very important words.
